Red Loft
Tom Shewry is an experienced development consultancy professional currently serving as the Director of Development Consultancy and Head of Projects at Red Loft since June 2017. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Senior Project Manager at Notting Hill Housing Group from March 2015 to June 2017 and at Swan Housing Group from April 2007 to March 2015. Tom specializes in leading and delivering multi-phased regeneration projects, successfully securing planning consents, and managing key stakeholder accounts. Educational credentials include a degree in Project and Enterprise Management with a focus on Construction Management from UCL, and a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Nottingham.

Our work includes the management of development projects, as well as a diverse range of development consultancy advice and services, including; feasibility reports, financial viability assessments, land finding and agency, development strategies and procedures, development mentoring and training, HCA and GLA compliance and shared ownership sales and marketing services.
