Olivia Bowles

Olivia Bowles received her BA in Theatre Design/Tech from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Based in Birmingham, Olivia has experience in stitching, costume design, corsetry, costume crafts, and dancewear, among other areas of costuming. She spent four years working in her theatre department’s costume shop. In 2018, Olivia was the costume designer for UAB’s production of Angels in America, Part 1. She also was the assistant costume designer for the university’s production of Hairspray in the same year. Olivia was the costumer for UAB Opera’s production of The Music Shop in 2019. In 2021, Olivia spent the summer in Chatham, New York at the Mac-Haydn Theatre as a stitcher.
