Bonnie Kuehl has a diverse range of work experience in the medical communications field. Bonnie began their career in 2002 as the CEO/Executive Director of Scientific Insights Consulting Group Inc., where they led a team of biological scientists in translating scientific information for clients. Bonnie also worked as a General Manager and Consultant for the same company from 2002 to 2016. In 2004, they held medical writing roles at mdBriefCase and Complete Medical Communications, where they focused on creating medical content. From 2010 to 2016, they served as a Scientific Advisor and Program Manager at Hamilton Medical Research Group. In 2016, they joined Red Nucleus as the Director of Medical Content, and later became the VP of Medical Content & Strategy. In 2018, they moved to INVIVO Communications as the VP of Medical Content. Additionally, they have been a Guest Lecturer at the University of Toronto and served as the Chair of Communications at Life Sciences Ontario.
Bonnie Kuehl pursued their education in the field of biology and biochemistry. Bonnie completed their Honours BSc degree at the University of Guelph, attending from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a PhD at the University of Toronto, specializing in Cell and Molecular Biology, which took approximately five years from 1990 to 1995.
