Jackie Ortez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology operations and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Technology Operations at Red Nucleus since December 2019, Jackie previously held various roles including Manager and Account Coordinator. As the Owner of Healing & Guidance by Jackie, a practice focused on Reiki and spiritual consulting, Jackie combines holistic wellness with professional expertise. Prior experience includes positions at (C) Systems, LLC as a Relationship Manager - Support Analyst, and DataCenterDynamics as an Operations Manager for North America, amongst other roles in event management and catering across multiple organizations. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications from Kean University.
