Jason Singer is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and team management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Services at Red Nucleus since July 2020, Jason manages a global technical support team and oversees vendor relationships, successfully implementing a new service desk platform that enhanced efficiency and user satisfaction. Prior to this role, Jason was the IT Team Lead at both Boston Scientific and BTG plc, managing data migration and ensuring adherence to documented processes for IT analysts in North America. Jason's career began as a Help Desk Associate at Richardson, where responsibilities included OS installations and technical support. Jason holds a certificate in Information Technology from Delaware County Community College and an Associate's degree in Music & Video Business from The Art Institutes.
