Upendra Bhadauria

Upendra Bhadauria has a strong background in IT services and solutions, with extensive experience in managing P&Ls, business development, client relationships, customer satisfaction, and people management. In their most recent role as Director of IT Services & Solutions at IntraEdge, they handled a large portfolio consisting of a top fortune 100 BFS client and other marquee clients.

Prior to that, Upendra served as a Senior Executive in North America at JK Technosoft Limited. Upendra also held the role of Senior Director at Mindtree from 2012 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Upendra worked as a Client Partner at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they managed the Managed Services contract for a large Pharma client. Upendra was responsible for the P&L and delivery.

Before that, they served as an Account Manager at United Airlines and as a Senior Program Manager at CA Technologies.

Throughout their work experience, Upendra has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering successful outcomes for their clients and organizations.

Upendra Bhadauria pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad. Upendra'sareas of specialization during their MBA were Information Technology and Finance. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. In August 2019, Upendra obtained SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
