Michelle Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Michelle started as a Health Education Intern/Assistant at HealthEd Group in June 2012 and worked there until January 2013. In May 2014, they interned as a Public Health Intern at McCann Health for three months. From August 2013 to May 2015, Michelle worked as an Instructor and Graduate Fellow at the University of Maryland. Michelle then joined Red Nucleus in June 2015 as an Associate Project Manager, and gradually progressed to Project Manager in October 2016, Senior Project Manager in January 2020, and finally, the Client Service Director role from September 2020, where they continue to work.

Michelle Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from The College of New Jersey, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. After that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication from the University of Maryland from 2013 to 2015.
