Shannon Jones is a skilled professional in educational and behavioral services, currently serving as a Therapeutic Behavioral Service Specialist and Qualified Mental Health Specialist at Red Oak Behavioral Health since August 2022. The agency serves approximately 4,000 children and adults living with mental health disorders every year. Accredited by Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services and COA, Red Oak has become part of the fabric of social services and community behavioral health agencies in the Greater Akron area.
