Chuck Rubin has extensive experience in strategy and analytics, particularly in the healthcare industry. Chuck currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Analytics at Red Oak Sourcing, overseeing strategic planning, business development, and day-to-day operations. Prior to this role, they held leadership positions at CVS Caremark Corporation and Cardinal Health, managing product portfolios, negotiating pricing, and maintaining supplier relationships. Chuck has also worked in consulting firms such as North Highland Company, SD Retail Consulting, and Touchstone Consulting, where they played key roles in business development, project delivery, and organizational strategy. Earlier in their career, they worked at American Management Systems and Pioneer Investments in various capacities.
Chuck Rubin received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1994. During their undergraduate studies, they also pursued a minor in Italian and History at the Università per Stranieri di Siena from 1991 to 1992. Later, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy and Operations at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to their higher education, Chuck attended Wachusett Regional High School.

Red Oak is one of the largest pharmaceutical sourcing entities in the United States and responsible for securing generic pharmaceutical products for over 9,000 CVS retail locations, Caremark mail-order facilities, and the Cardinal Health pharmaceutical distribution network of independent pharmacies, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.
