Pennington Pribbenow

Pennington Pribbenow is an accomplished executive in the hospitality industry, serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner/COO at Red Pebbles Hospitality since April 2014. Previously, Pennington held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Emmy Squared Pizza within the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group until February 2024. Pennington's extensive experience includes a decade as Vice President of Operations at CM Food Service, overseeing marketing and operational functions across multiple concepts and locations. Earlier roles include Director of Operations, where Pennington focused on marketing, sales maximization, and operational improvement, as well as Manager of Operations with various management responsibilities. Pennington earned a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Virginia College between 2006 and 2008.
