Jon Fairbanks

Jon Fairbanks has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jon most recently served as the Director of Operations at Red Pepper Software since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of General Manager at TKS Co-pack Manufacturing from November 2019 to April 2022. Jon also worked at Rimports from April 2016 to November 2019, where they held the role of Operations: Essential Oils. Before that, they served as the President of Maple Mountain Co-Packers from August 2013 to February 2016. Jon's previous experience includes working as a Production Facility Manager at doTERRA from February 2012 to July 2013, and as the CEO of Mountain View Packaging from August 2009 to January 2012. Jon started their career as an Operations Manager at Construction Capital Lending from November 2007 to July 2009.

Jon Fairbanks earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Brigham Young University between 1990 and 1996. Jon then attended The University of New Mexico from 2001 to 2002, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
