Karlis Grinvalds has diverse work experience in various sales and account management roles. Karlis started their career at ING, where they worked as a Global Brand Engagement specialist from November 2015 to June 2016. Karlis later joined Carts Guru as an Account Manager and Sales Executive, focusing on e-commerce business development in the USA and UK markets from September 2016 to March 2017. Karlis then moved to Red Points, where they held multiple positions. Karlis initially worked as a Sales Development Representative from March 2017 to September 2017, supporting international brands with brand and content protection. Karlis then became an Enterprise Account Executive in the Brand Protection department from September 2017 to December 2018. After that, they served as the Manager of Sales for EMEA in Online Brand Protection from January 2019 to January 2020. Subsequently, Karlis was promoted to EMEA Commercial Sales Director at Red Points, leading a solution selling AE team and implementing sales processes and coaching. Lastly, they held the position of EMEA Enterprise Sales Director, where they grew and led the enterprise account executive and business development teams, responsible for sales strategy implementation and execution in new logo acquisition.
Karlis Grinvalds completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and International Marketing Management from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding in the years 2012 to 2016.
