Mar Romero de Tejada

Mar Romero de Tejada has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mar currently holds the position of Senior Marketing Lead at Red Points, where they focus on digital revenue recovery and combating counterfeits, piracy, impersonation, and distribution abuse. Prior to Red Points, they worked as a Growth Consultant & Project Manager at Kunoichi Growth - Marketing Agency. Mar also had a successful journey at Signaturit, starting as the first hire for the marketing team and eventually becoming the Head of Marketing. During their tenure, Signaturit achieved remarkable growth, reaching €7M in ARR. Before Signaturit, Mar worked at itnig as a Communication, Media & Events Manager and at TEDxBarcelona as an Events Organizer. Mar also gained experience as an Accounting Manager at Zara Deutschland - Inditex, an International Trade Advisor at the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Berlin, and a Junior Auditor at EY. Mar's expertise spans marketing, communication, events management, and international trade.

Mar Romero de Tejada has a diverse education history. In 2019, they completed the Growth Series program at Reforge. Prior to that, in 2018, they attended The Valley Digital Business School and earned an Executive Program in Digital Marketing. In 2008, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Business Management from ICEX-CECO. Mar also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, which they earned from 2004 to 2006. In addition, in 2001, they received an Erasmus Scholarship and studied Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Finally, from 1999 to 2004, they pursued another Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Mar has also obtained various certifications, including a Growth Master Certification from GrowthHackers in 2021, a Google Analytics Individual Qualification in 2019, an Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot in 2018, and a Content Marketing Certified from HubSpot Academy in 2017.
