Robert Chipman

Robert Chipman has diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Robert currently serves as the Chief of Staff at RED RHINO, The Pool Leak Experts. Prior to this, they held the position of People Lead at the same company. In 2020, Robert worked as a Human Resources Leader for an unspecified organization. Before that, they worked as a Jr High Social Studies Teacher at Plymouth Christian Academy and as a 5th Grade Teacher at South Canton Scholars. From 2011 to 2015, Robert worked at DaVita, first as the Vice President of Recruiting and Talent Management and later as the People Services Director. Furthermore, they have experience with McDonald's USA LLC, where they held various roles such as Director of HR - Central Division, Director of U.S. Human Resources, and Director of Organization Development. Additionally, they owned and operated EmbroidMe of Orland Park, a successful retail franchise. Robert's earlier career includes roles in accounting at McDonald's USA LLC.

Robert Chipman has a diverse education history. Robert obtained an MBA in Labor and Employment Law from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 1994 to 1996. In 2000 to 2001, they earned a Certificate in Organization Development from DePaul University. Previously, from 1986 to 1989, they attended Tampa College and obtained a BS in Accounting. Additionally, they studied Accounting & Computer Programming at Davenport University from 1983 to 1985 and earned an Associates degree. In recent years, they pursued a career change and in 2018 to 2019, they obtained an Elementary Education Certification in Social Studies Teacher Education from Schoolcraft College. In the same year, they also earned an Elementary Education Certification in Elementary Education and Teaching from Schoolcraft College.
