Vladimir Proseanic has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Vladimir started their career in 1979 at Manufacturing Plant 'ElectroMashina' as a Production Engineer and was later promoted to Manager of the Technological Department. During their time there, they focused on supporting the production process, developing stable manufacturing, and increasing personnel safety.

In 1987, Proseanic moved on to Science and Technology Center 'Progress' where they began as the Chief Engineer and eventually became the President of the company. Vladimir played a crucial role in the overall management and leadership of the organization.
