Jess Engel

Jess Engel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to 2019. Jess has worked in various roles and companies, showcasing their expertise in human resources, talent acquisition, and training. Jess'smost recent position was as the Human Resource Director at Red River Commodities Inc. Prior to that, they had worked as a Committee Member at DisruptHR Fargo-Moorhead. At Atos, they held two roles, first as a Senior Recruiting Business Partner, where they led talent acquisition and recruiting activities for Atos North America, Public Sector and Public Safety Division. In their second role at Atos, they were the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Restaurant Technology Services Division, where they developed and implemented a talent acquisition strategy and documented recruiting processes. At U.S. Bank, they held several positions including Talent Acquisition Manager, Training Department Manager, Recruiter, Employee Development Training Manager, Project Development Trainer, and Customer Service Supervisor. In these roles, they led recruiting teams, designed and implemented recruiting campaigns, conducted training, and facilitated leadership education programs.

Jess Engel attended North Dakota State University from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.
