Colette Dodson

Colette Dodson Colette Dodson is the Human Resource Director at Brightstar. She develops and leads Brightstar’s people strategies with a strong focus on optimizing the employee experience and maintaining the culture.

Prior to joining Brightstar, Colette spent more than ten years in Human Resources in various industries, working with global organizations and diverse workforces.

Colette received a bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
