Timothy Blackwell

Timothy Blackwell has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to 2018. Timothy has held various roles in different companies and organizations. Some key highlights include their role as a Director of Contracts Administration/ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor at Red River Science & Technology, LLC, where they specialized in Federal Government and Defense contracts. Timothy also served as a Program Manager (Doctrine Division Chief) at Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), leading a team in the development and maintenance of doctrinal publications. In addition, Timothy has experience as a Battalion Commander/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the U.S. Army, where they successfully trained soldiers in logistical management, maintenance, and peacekeeping operations. Timothy has also held leadership positions such as Project Manager/Deputy Division Fire Support Coordinator and Department Chairperson/Professor of Military Science. Timothy's work experience also includes roles as Chief of Staff/Battalion Executive Officer, Operations Officer, Strategic Communications/Division Information Operations Officer, Leadership Consultant/Embedded Advisor and Leadership Mentor, and HR Manager/Field Artillery Assignment Officer. Timothy Blackwell completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Systems from Cameron University, graduating in the years 1989 to 1994. Timothy then pursued further education at Webster University, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management from 2003 to 2004. In 2006 to 2007, Timothy attended the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College, where they participated in a graduate program focused on Military Planning, Operations, and Strategy. Lastly, in 2019, they obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification from DEKRA (AQS Solutions).
