Brad Hacker serves as the Collaboration Practice Lead and Collaboration Design Architect at Red River since June 2018. Prior to this role, Brad worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs from October 2008 to May 2018, where responsibilities included serving as an Enterprise UC Engineer supporting over 60 medical centers and as a UC Specialist overseeing the first full Medical Center conversion from Legacy PBX to Cisco UC Deployment. Brad's expertise includes managing and maintaining the telephone system for the Portland VA Medical Center and 12 remote locations, with specialization in Cisco Unified Communications. Brad’s earlier experience includes service in the United States Navy from August 2002 to August 2006 as an Electronic Warfare Technician/Cryptologic Technician. Education was completed at Clark College, earning an AAS in Data Networking and Telecommunications from 2006 to 2009.
