Carmela Mitchell

Carmela Mitchell has extensive experience in benefits management and human resources, currently serving as Benefits Manager at Red River since April 2021, where previous roles included Benefits Specialist and Benefits Coordinator. Prior to this, Carmela worked as a Human Resources Administrator at DirectViz Solutions, LLC, from April 2020 to April 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Business System Administrator at ATI Solutions, Inc, and Medical Insurance Biller at Infinite Technologies Orthotics and Prosthetics. Carmela began in a support role as Resident Assistant at the University of Mary Washington while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
