Michael Last

Michael Last has extensive experience in various IT and customer service roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Onboarding Manager at Red River since March 2014, Michael has held positions including Onboarding Engineer and Account Services Engineer. Prior to Red River, Michael was a Senior IOS Advisor at Apple, where responsibilities included resolving escalated technical issues and providing customer feedback to management. Michael also founded At Last Tech Solutions, LLC, offering affordable IT services, and served as IT Manager at American Community Properties Trust, managing remote offices and overseeing IT supplier contracts. Earlier experience includes supporting users as a Support Technician at Menusoft and American Community Properties Trust. Michael completed secondary education at Maurice J McDonough High School from 1999 to 2003.
