Michael Silverglate

Michael Silverglate is an experienced professional in project management and process engineering, currently serving as a Sr Technical Project Manager at Red River since October 2023. With a strong background at IDEMIA from September 2012, Michael has held various senior roles including Sr. Manager of Process Engineering and Sr. Program Manager. Prior to IDEMIA, project management experience includes positions at CenturyLink, ADC, and PLATO Learning, where significant achievements included leading teams to enhance software development productivity and successful project deliveries under tight deadlines. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Edgewater Technology, American Student Assistance, Eaton Semiconductor, and Cutting Edge, Inc. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Salem State University.
