Phoebe Low

Phoebe Low has extensive experience in partner management and relationship development, currently serving as Partner Alliance Manager and previously as Partner Development Associate at Red River since May 2022. Prior roles include Associate Director and Senior Relationship Manager at Leadership Connect from March 2021 to May 2022, and HR & Administrative Recruiter at Addison Group from October 2019 to August 2020. Phoebe also completed internships with the U.S. House of Representatives in August 2019, Association and Society Management International (ASMI) in 2019, Mascoma Bank in 2018, Amazon Lab126 in 2017, and Blink Home Security in 2017, along with a counselor role at Camp Calumet Lutheran in 2014. Phoebe holds a degree from Saint Michael's College, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2019.
