Shem Knott

Shem Knott is a Cloud/DevOps Engineer at Red River since October 2020, specializing in the design, planning, management, maintenance, and support of cloud platforms and services. Previously, Shem worked as a Cloud Analyst at Akima from May 2019 to October 2021, focusing on analyzing anomalies within the DOJ cloud network. Experience as a Telecommunications Engineer was gained at Futron Incorporated from January 2018 to May 2019, where design and configuration of video teleconferencing infrastructures were key responsibilities, and at National Capitol Contracting, LLC from February 2017 to January 2018, concentrating on IT systems design and management. Earlier in the career, Shem served as a Security Engineer at Tyco from May 2013 to February 2017. Shem holds a Bachelor of Technology in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completed in 2023.
