Timothy M. Bennett

Timothy M. Bennett is an accomplished Program Manager at Red River, serving since May 2017, where expertise in technology integration supports business and government sectors. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Airborne Communications Officer for the National Airborne Operations Center at the Department of Defense, ensuring robust communication capabilities on E-4B aircraft, and as Deputy at the Defense Information Systems Agency’s Hawaii Field Office, advocating for military communications policy and solutions. Additionally, Timothy held the position of Assistant Provost at the Defense Language Institute, overseeing staff and managing significant budgets for language programs. Timothy's academic achievements include an Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School, and advanced degrees in Engineering and Production Management from the University at Buffalo, complemented by an Associate’s degree in Engineering Science.
