Claire Simpson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management and Home Office Business Partner at Red Robin since January 2010, overseeing a diverse array of HR functions including Employee Relations, Compliance, and Talent Management. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Lynx Aviation, handling investigations, policy development, and collective bargaining, and as an Associate Recruiter at Frontier Airlines. Claire holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Neuroscience from the University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Oxford.
