Jeffrey Hoban

Jeffrey Hoban is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. since February 2019. Previously, Jeffrey held several key positions at Ross Stores, Inc., including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and Group Vice President of Real Estate Law, as well as at Brinker International, Inc., where significant achievements included implementing cost-reduction initiatives and leading international franchise development. Jeffrey also gained valuable litigation experience as a Litigation Associate at Schulte Blum McMahon & Joblove, P.A., and served as a law clerk at Burger King Corporation. Jeffrey earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 1990.
