Jim McCarron

Jim McCarron serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Legal at Red Robin International, overseeing the company's real estate, legal, and development functions for over 500 locations across the United States since 2004. Prior to joining Red Robin, Jim held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Service Star Development from September 2000 to September 2004 and was the Director of Real Estate at McDonald's Corporation for one year in 1999. Jim holds a Juris Doctor degree in Real Estate Development from Saint John's University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
