Mel Smith

Mel Smith is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Red Robin since January 2023, Mel oversees a team responsible for hiring, training, and enhancing departmental strategies for efficiency and cost savings.
