Chris Hodgins

Christopher Hodgins is an experienced professional in estate and facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Estates & Facilities at Oasis Community Learning since March 2014. Previous roles include Acting Director of Estates & Facilities and Head of Property Operations at the same organization, as well as Deputy Head of Property & Estates. Christopher worked as a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor at Arambol LLP from April 2013 to March 2014, focusing on education and commercial sectors, contract administration, and condition assessments. Prior to that, Christopher was with Baily Garner LLP for eight years in various roles, including Senior Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Team Leader, where responsibilities encompassed contract administration and defect analysis. Early career experiences include positions as a Software Analyst at Global Home Loans Ltd and as a Web Developer at Red Hot Chilli Ltd. Christopher holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Surveying Management from the University of Greenwich.
