Karin De Wet has extensive experience in human capital and change management, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital & Change Management at Red Rocket South Africa (Pty) Ltd since April 2020. In addition, Karin has been the HR / Office Manager at Building Energy South Africa since September 2014. Previous roles include serving as Executive PA & Project Coordinator at Kings College London and Account Coordinator at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
