Dr. Britta Lorenz

Dr. Britta Lorenz serves as General Counsel and Managing Director at YIELCO Investments AG since March 2022. In addition, Dr. Lorenz is the founder and owner of 2board, a consulting firm assisting individuals in career transitions. Dr. Lorenz holds a position on the Investment Committee of Red Rocks Impact GmbH & Co KG and has an extensive background at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland, where roles included Head of Corporate Office and Director in Corporate & Investment Banking. Earlier experience includes working as a lawyer at Taylor Wessing specializing in corporate law. Dr. Lorenz earned a doctorate in corporate law and has been educated at several prestigious institutions, including Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and University of Hamburg.
