Lisa Jordan, MTA, CHDM has extensive experience in digital marketing and hospitality. Lisa most recently served as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Red Roof Inn. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Marketing at Hostelling International USA, where they managed a team of 6 marcomm specialists and was responsible for strategic marketing planning and brand management. Lisa also had a successful tenure at Sabre Hospitality Solutions, where they served as the Director of Digital Experience and Senior E-marketing Manager, leading teams of digital marketing specialists and managing high-end luxury hotel accounts. Additionally, Lisa co-founded a culinary tour company, Taste of Place, with a focus on local and sustainable cuisines. Lisa has also held marketing positions at Alexandria Convention & Visitors Association, Destination DC, Solimar International, National Park Service, U.S. Travel Association, and Encore Productions at IBM. Lisa's expertise includes strategic planning, brand management, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
Lisa Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin. Lisa further pursued their education at The George Washington University School of Business, where they obtained a Master's degree in Tourism Administration. Lisa has also obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer from the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, completing the PPC: Conversion Optimization series from SMX - Search Marketing Expo, and being a member of HSMAI. In 2023, they are expected to co-certify with James Madison University in Comprehensive Innovative Leadership.
