Shanna Bertrand

Shanna Bertrand, CRME, currently serves as Regional Revenue Manager at Red Roof Inn, a position held since November 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with franchise owners to optimize revenue across a portfolio of multiple properties throughout the United States. Prior experience includes various roles in revenue management and reservations at Stowe Mountain Lodge from May 2008 to November 2018, after starting as Lead Reservations Agent at Topnotch Resort & Spa from November 2004 to May 2008. Shanna's career began in administrative support at Pace University and as a ride operator at Canobie Lake Park. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Communications from Pace University and ongoing studies towards a Master of Business Administration at Champlain College, expected to be completed in May 2027.
