Greg Melrath

Greg Melrath is an experienced design professional currently serving as Product Director at Red Rover since August 2023. Greg has been a member of the Design Leadership Forum at InVision since January 2019, focusing on advancing design leadership. Prior roles include Associate Director of User Experience and User Experience Lead at Phreesia from November 2021 to June 2023, and User Experience Architect at Frontline Education from January 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included guiding UX strategy and mentoring design teams. Greg's extensive background also features ownership of Numberseven as Principal Designer, senior design responsibilities at Rhoads Creative, and a design and production management role at AEGON. Educational qualifications include a BGD in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University and a degree in Business Thinking from Second Wave Dive.
