Titou Minster

Titou Minster has a wealth of experience in the field of product and process metallurgy. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Research Engineer at Tecnalia. Titou then moved to Tata Steel in Europe, where they held various positions from 2011 to 2019, including Manager Research & Development, Technical Manager, Process Technology Specialist (Product & Process Metallurgy), and Product Development Metallurgist. In 2019, they took on the role of Technical Manager at Special Metals. In 2020, they became a Consultant at Minster Consulting Limited and a Technical Consultant at LSN Diffusion Ltd. Titou is currently the Head of Product at RedSea.

Titou Minster attended Swansea University from 2005 to 2015, earning a BEng in Material Science and Engineering in 2009, an MPhil in Nanotechnology in 2011, and an Industrial Research Doctorate in Metallurgy in 2015.
