Alice Kharoubi is a prominent figure in the film industry, currently serving as the Head of Red Sea Souk Talents and International Programmer for Shorts & Kids at the Red Sea Film Foundation since 2019. Alice also holds multiple roles at the Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes, including Head of Cannes Makers and Director of Cinemas Programming. Additionally, Alice contributes as a member of the selection committee for short films at the Festival de Cannes and has been involved in various film festivals, such as the Poitiers Film Festival and the Geneva International Film Festival. With past experience as an International Programmer at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival and a co-founder of the Festival de Cinema Politic in Barcelona, Alice's extensive background also includes project management for the International Literary Adaptation Market. Alice is an alumna of Florida International University.
