A Minnesota native and graduate from the University of Saint Thomas, his noteworthy path to leadership is an interesting mix of both small and large company experience.

John is unabashedly human and takes every opportunity to interact with clients and anyone else that has insights or knowledge relevant to moving the real estate industry forward. With over 20 year entrepreneurial experience, he started his career as a residential real estate agent ultimately owning a successful real estate brokerage and expanding into the technology industry, holding leadership positions including the management of Fortune 500 accounts.

John is a hands-on leader capable of great humor while at the same time being eloquent and persuasive in his passions for improving real estate industry efficiencies. Evolving from a purchased company in 2005, John founded Red Shed in 2009 and has quickly become a national leader in mobile product technology in the industry. He is sincere, attentive and a thinker, who will lend an ear to any problem without bias.
