John Ciccone

John Ciccone has a diverse background with extensive experience in the hospitality and technical education sectors. Currently serving as a Server at Red Shoe Island Bistro since January 2024, John guides customers on wine selections and manages their dining experience. Previously, John held positions such as Senior Learning & Development Instructor at TigerGraph, where training on graph databases was conducted, and Senior Technical Enablement Instructor at Blue Light LLC, specializing in the i2 software suite for data analysis. Prior roles at IBM included various leadership capacities in technical enablement and client education. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
