Lauren Ferguson, MS-MHR, CAPM

Lauren Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren currently works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Red Stag Fulfillment, where they support the company's rapid expansion by attracting high-quality talent and facilitating an in-house hiring experience. Prior to this, Lauren served as a Red Castle Fellow at Red Castle Human Capital, assisting with project coordination and client communication to help organizations enhance their people analytics capabilities. Lauren also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Earlier in their career, Lauren gained valuable experience as a Guest Experience Lead at Castle & Key Distillery, where they managed daily operations, addressed staff and guest issues, oversaw janitorial services, and organized events. Additionally, they worked as a Front Waiter at Blackberry Farm, where they provided exceptional customer service and performed various tasks to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. Lauren also has experience as a Wait Staff member at Morningview Village. Overall, Lauren has demonstrated their ability to excel in roles that require strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Lauren Ferguson completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Maryville College from 2015 to 2018. Lauren then pursued further education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Human Resources from 2021 to 2022.
