Taylor Dixon

Taylor Dixon has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. They began their career as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the University of South Carolina in 2015 and also served as an Academic Intern for the Beyond Sports Internship Program in 2017. They then worked as an Athletics Administration Intern at the University of South Carolina in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Taylor worked as a Graduate Assistant for Student-Athlete Development at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In 2020, they joined Northwestern Mutual as the Director of Recruiting and Development until 2022. Most recently, Taylor has been working at Red Stag Fulfillment as a Talent Acquisition Manager starting in 2023.

Taylor Dixon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Taylor pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
