Garvin Hoffman

Garvin Hoffman has over 25 years of experience in quality assurance and plant management within the food production industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Red Star Yeast Company LLC since April 1999, Garvin has held multiple roles including Assistant Plant Manager, Drying Plant Operations Manager & Site QA Manager, Quality Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager & Drying Department Manager. Prior to joining Red Star Yeast, Garvin was the Corporate QA Lab Supervisor at Perdue Farms from March 1998 to April 1999. Garvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Troy University, earned between 1994 and 1997, and has educational background from Wallace Community College.
