Ryan Fathers, MBA, CMA

Ryan Fathers, MBA, CMA has extensive work experience in finance and IT roles. Ryan is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Red Sun Farms since 2022. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at Leggett & Platt Automotive. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Finance & IT and was responsible for overseeing the financial and IT functions. In 2018, they briefly served as the Director of Finance & IT. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the Controller, Director of IT, where they were responsible for managing finance and IT operations. Before that, they were an Assistant Controller in 2011 and a Sr. Financial Analyst from 2006 to 2010. Ryan started their career at Leggett & Platt Automotive as an Accounts Payable Administrator in 2005.

Ryan Fathers earned a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Windsor from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued an MBA degree at Wayne State University from 2003 to 2005. In April 2012, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
