Kevin Homa

Kevin Homa has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kevin started their career at Fairchild Semiconductor as a Co-Op Facilities Engineer, where they supported mechanical and electrical projects, created AutoCAD designs, and implemented safety programs. Kevin then worked at Lockheed Martin as a College Student Technical Specialist, performing testing and troubleshooting tasks for precision guided systems and GPS test sets. Kevin continued at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, leading successful test events, completing various tests, and contributing to proposal writing. At Capgemini, they held multiple roles, including Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they led software testing and implemented automated tests. Kevin also served as a Project Manager / Quality Assurance Lead, overseeing software development tasks and implementing Agile scrum processes. Currently, Kevin is a Quality Assurance Lead at Red Vector, Inc., leading a QA team responsible for testing plan definitions and execution for enterprise cloud-based solutions, with a focus on test automation. Kevin collaborates with the products team to verify requirements and UI design.

Kevin Homa attended Wilkes University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
