Catherine Liu

Catherine Liu has a diverse range of work experience. Catherine is currently working as a Data Scientist at red violet, a role they started in December 2020. Prior to this, they were a Data Incubator Fellow at The Data Incubator from June 2020 to August 2020. Catherine also worked as a Tissue Engineering Research Assistant at the University of Michigan from May 2018 to July 2020, where they standardized lab methods and trained a team in 3D bioprinting. In 2019, they were a Bioinformatics Intern at Aspen Neuroscience, where they performed data analysis and consolidation using R and Python. In 2017, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc.

Catherine Liu completed their Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they also obtained their Bachelor's degree in the same field of study from the University of Michigan, from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, in September 2020, Catherine completed the TDI Fellowship from The Data Incubator.
