Rob Wayte

Rob Wayte has extensive experience in the footwear industry, holding various roles in engineering, management, and education. Currently, Rob serves as Product Creation Engineering Manager at Red Wing Shoe Company since December 2012, after progressing through roles such as Senior Technical Engineer and Technical Shoe Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Rob worked at Delcam plc as Business Development and Marketing Manager for North America, focusing on CAD solutions for footwear.
