James Howard

Chief Management Officer at Red 6

James Howard is the current Chief Management Officer at Red 6. Prior to this, they were a Senior Defense Analyst at Advanced Strategic Insight, Inc. from December 2020 to March 2021. From January 2014 to June 2017, they worked as J-35 Global Force Management at The Joint Staff. From June 2017 to December 2020, they were the Vice Commander of 19th Air Force at the United States Air Force. James started their career in the Air Force in 1996 and served as the Deputy Commander of 4th Operations Group until 2013.

James Howard has a certificate in project management from Syracuse University, a masters in business administration from Colorado State University, and a bachelors in civil engineering from Colorado State University. James also has certification from LinkedIn in Excel: Power Pivot for Beginners and from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
