Neil Allen

Neil Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Neil started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as an officer, commander, and tactical aviator until their retirement in 2017. During their time in the Air Force, they held various leadership positions and completed multiple assignments, both in the United States and overseas.

After leaving the military, Neil joined Check-6 as a performance consultant, where they worked with Chevron Completions, focusing on coaching and implementing plan-based execution techniques in the oil and gas industry.

Following their role at Check-6, they founded TBV Consulting Solutions, Inc, where they worked as a founder and consultant. During this time, they provided consulting services to clients.

Neil then joined SAIC as the Director of Training Strategy for the National Security & Space Sector. In this role, they contributed to transforming the training culture of the U.S. armed services to enhance their abilities in combat.

After their stint at SAIC, Neil served as the Vice President at Genesis Systems (USA) - Technologies That Transform, contributing to the company's growth and development.

Neil Allen has a diverse education history. Neil obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 1992 and 1995. Neil also received military education, earning a Masters degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from both the USAF Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) in 2003-2004, and the School of Advanced Air & Space Studies (SAASS) in 2004-2005. In 2010-2011, they attended the National Defense University and acquired a Masters degree in National Security Strategy. Additionally, Neil has a certification in Department of Defense International Affairs Level I from the Department of Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), which they obtained in 2017.
