Alice Della Bona started their work experience in April 2019 at Annabel's as a Guest Executive. Alice then joined Bang Showbiz - Entertainment news in February 2020, where they worked as an Assistant News Editor and a Global Content Partnerships Executive until September 2022. Currently, they are employed at Redactive Media Group as a Media Sales Executive, starting in September 2022.

Alice Della Bona pursued their education at London South Bank University from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on Journalism. Prior to this, they attended Sapienza Università di Roma from 2010 to 2013, specializing in International Relations and Affairs.
