Bogusz Kruszyński

Bogusz Kruszyński, President of the Management Board, graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Lodz. In 2000, he was awarded the Executive MBA certificate by the Polish and American Management Centre of the University of Lodz in cooperation with Maryland State University. He started his professional career in HSBC Securities Polska S.A. which he joined in 1994 as a broker in securities. Afterwards, he was promoted to Manager of the Public Offering Department. In 1998, he took up the position of the Deputy Director of the Department for Financial Markets and the Director of the Corporate Centre Department of Bank Przemysłowy. In the years 2001-2003, he acted as the financial director for BP REAL Nieruchomości. He joined Redan S.A. in 2003. He started as financial director and took up the position of Vice-President of the Management Board in 2005. In early 2011, he became President of the Management Board. In June 2012, he moved back to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board and took up the position of President of the Management Board of Redan S.A. in June 2016.
